Can I use my own domain for support emails?
Yes. On any paid plan you can configure your own SMTP/IMAP so emails send from and receive to your domain. Customers never see Inbloq's email address.
Is there a free trial?
You can try Inbloq on the Starter plan at its monthly price. Cancel any time within the first 14 days for a full refund — we don't want to keep your money if the fit isn't right.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can switch plans or cancel at any time from your account settings.
Do you have an API?
Yes, on the Scale plan. You can generate API keys and integrate Inbloq with your own systems via a REST API.
Is my customer data safe?
Your data is hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We never sell data or use it for advertising. You can export or delete your data at any time.
What if I outgrow a plan?
You can upgrade in one click from the billing page. Pro-rated billing means you only pay the difference for the current period.
