1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inbloq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inbloq provides help desk and customer support software, including ticket management, email integration, embeddable widgets, contact forms, and a knowledge base. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

5. Refunds

New subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel to stop future billing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to breach security or access other accounts
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to Inbloq. We will not sell or use your data for advertising.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, outages beyond our control, or emergency fixes may temporarily affect the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time. On termination, you may export your data; after 30 days, we may permanently delete it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbloq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inbloq operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
